Lisa Reeves - Founder & President

Lisa Reeves is the visionary behind The Phoenixx Phoundation, Inc., which she founded after overcoming breast cancer in 2017. At the time, she was managing the responsibilities of having a child in college and two children at home. Inspired by the support she and her family received during her illness, Lisa felt a strong calling to give back. In the spring of 2021, with the help of her son Sidney and two close friends, Lisa launched The Phoenixx Phoundation, Inc. Her goal is to provide support, empowerment, and hope to others, just as she experienced during her own journey.

Under Lisa's leadership, The Phoenixx Phoundation has grown into a dynamic organization dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges. The Phoundation offers a wide range of programs and initiatives designed to provide financial assistance, educational resources, and emotional support to those in need. Lisa’s personal experience with adversity fuels her passion for uplifting others, and her work through the Phoundation aims to inspire resilience, hope, and transformation in every life it touches.

By focusing on community-driven support and empowerment, Lisa Reeves and The Phoenixx Phoundation are committed to creating lasting positive change, ensuring that no one has to face their struggles alone.

Anna Kay Thomas - Vice President

Vice President Anna Kay Thomas is the secretary for The Phoenixx Phoundation, Inc., where she channels her passion for helping others into supporting the organization's mission of community empowerment and positive change.

A Marywood University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Anna Kay combines her educational background with strong organizational and administrative skills to ensure the seamless operation of the foundation’s initiatives.

Her dedication to the cause shines through in her ability to manage communications and assist with the day-to-day functions of the foundation. Known for her attention to detail and proactive approach, Anna Kay is committed to making a difference in the lives of others, both through her work and beyond.

Sidney I. Reeves - Treasurer

Treasurer. Sidney is one of our board members and a pivotal figure in everything that happens at The Phoenixx Phoundation. Sidney graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas College, where we started our grant program. Through his knowledge of fundraising best practices, social media content management, and business expertise, he brings financial acumen to The Phoenixx Phoundation. Sidney has been a board member since the founding of TPP Inc.

His story in relation to the creation of The Phoenixx Phoundation is profound. If it were not for his hard work and resilience, we would not have been so inspired to give back to students dealing with similar struggles to what he had to experience as a student as our Founder, Lisa Reeves, his mother, was dealing with breast cancer while he was in school. Along with some other major financial disablers with trust in God and faith in his mission to complete his studies a path towards success always finds it's way close to his heart. As Sidney walks in faith, he is always looking and working for more ways to help those in need.

Pastor Pam Morrison - Secretary

Pastor Pam is a Pastor at Christ Prayer Warriors in Peekskill Lisa’s home church. She is retired corporate secretary who has asked to join The Phoenixx. She knows what we have done and is excited to build with us.
